• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  Estimated delivery time after order processing:

  • Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas (smaller towns/villages): 4–7 working days

  Note: Delivery times may be affected by weather, strikes, or courier delays.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Flat Rate: PKR 200 (all over Pakistan)

    • Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5k
      

      🧾 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

      • Available for all orders across Pakistan.

      • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid failed delivery.

      • Refusing an order without reason may lead to blacklisting.
